Justin immediately diagnosed the problem with my Whirlpool washer at his first visit. After 9 visits and 14 changed parts with my service provider , Justin , owner of Wall to Wall , was brought in and immediately determined that I needed 2 new water valves . He ordered and installed the valves , ran a complete cycle and my washer was functional after 3 months of incorrect diagnosis and continual parts replacement.

Thank you so much to Cinch Home Services for getting Wall to Wall Appliance Repair to send Jacob to fix my dryer on January 21, 2026!!!!! Praise ye the LORD!!!! God is good! He told me that I should replace my Everbuilt flexible aluminum dryer vent duct with a Rubber-Cal compressible flexible vent duct which is not in stores so I have to wait for it to be shipped. Which means I still have to go to the laundry mat just a little while longer but at least my dryer is fixed. I met a lot of very nice people at the laundry mat but I am thankful for the dryer at home and for the laundry mat and for Jacob and Cinch Home Services and Wall to Wall Appliance Repair.

Outstanding company! I called for an appointment because our oven was overheating. The tech was able to come same day which was great! They had to order a part and they let me know as soon as it came in and the tech was able to come later that day to install. Took about 20 minutes and now I have a working oven again. The communication was great and the technicians were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs!

I will go here for any future appliance repair I need. I had a non emergency repair needed on my fridge. I contacted Wall to Wall on Christmas Eve expecting an appointment the next week sometime. They came out that day! They had to order a part. Mary let me know right away when it arrived. When I called to schedule an appointment, again the they came again the same day! Justin was fantastic, very friendly. He ID’d the issue immediately and the installation took about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

We had a company under our warranty coverage sent out to repair our refrigerator. They replaced the compressor. Our refrigerator still was not working. They said it needed to be replaced. We knew it could be repaired it wasn't that old. My husband called Wall 2 Wall. They came out and fixed our refrigerator. They were very thorough, they checked out the fridge from top to bottom. They fixed our fridge right before Thanksgiving. We were able to host a delicious meal for family and friends. Great job Wall 2 Wall. We highly recommend them.

We had a problem with a clothes dryer that wouldn't dry. We called Wall-to-Wall and set a time for the following day. The technician arrived on time and rapidly identified the problem (burned out heating element), had a replacement part in the van, and repaired the dryer inside of 15 minutes. Found these guys via a google search. They were second on the list for dishwasher repair. I am suspicious of those listed #1. I got on the schedule reasonably promptly and they appeared in the earlier end of the target window. Very friendly, competent and quick on the job. Had to order 2 parts which came within a few days and upon returning to install, also adjusted the machine’s balance. Glad to learn they repair every appliance in the house.
